The Milesight 4K AI weatherproof mini network camera offers up to 4K resolution (3840*2160, four times that of Full HD) at 30fps, providing users with an ultra-high-definition video viewing experience regardless of motion. It can capture color images in extreme low-light conditions, down to 0.01Lux, when other cameras would have switched to B/W mode. In total darkness, it captures images at a distance of up to 50m with enormous sharpness.
It reduces large volumes of stored data by using industry-leading H265+ compression.

120 dB Super WDR
WDR is a technology that extends the camera's range to cover a greater span between the bright and the dark areas in the image. A scene that holds large brightness variances requires separate exposures to offer full detail in both dark and light areas of the scene. Video content analysis (VCA) refers to the ability to automatically analyze video to detect and alert on temporal and spatial events. It automatically performs live video analysis and uses the data obtained to trigger alarms. This technical capability is very useful in a wide range of fields, such as entertainment, healthcare, retail, automotive, transportation, home automation, security and safety. This camera uses the latest AI video analytics technology to provide:
- Region-based entry/exit:
- detects objects, people and vehicles.
- Advanced motion detection:
- detects movement and triggers an alarm, while filtering out false alarms such as lighting variations and movement caused by external events such as wind.
- Tamper detection:
- sends an immediate notification if the camera has been unplugged or covered.

People counting
Highly accurate, real-time people counting based on an AI algorithm helps to make quick business decisions and increase operational efficiency. It counts how many people enter or exit during the set period by recording the number of people passing in each direction along a virtual line. People crossing in the direction of an arrow will be recorded as IN. Conversely, they will be recorded as OUT.
Statistics Report
After a certain time of counting, you can start using the Statistics Report function. With this function, you can search by Statistics Types or Report Types. The search result supports Line Chart and Histogram, which could help users to study flow trends. There are two installation suggestions as follows:
- Top Mounting: Top-mounted cameras can better separate people passing side-by-side.
- Wall Mounting: Wall-mounted cameras can better identify people.

Adjustable 3-Axis Bracket
Easy to install on a wall or ceiling. It features a 3-axis bracket which provides a robust mounting platform for tidy installation and camera angle adjustments on a 3-axis plane.
Interfaces
Several interfaces such as PoE, DC, Audio I/O, and Alarm I/O are available in the Multi-interface Version, offering more choices for easy management and various needs. The default version can only be powered via PoE.
VoIP
VoIP (Voice over IP) solution integrated into this camera enables users to combine the VoIP telephony system with their SIP network cameras to create a secure, affordable, and easy-to-manage solution.
