Application of the General Conditions

These stipulations regulate the contracting of products and services offered and the advertising directed at its clients/users by SKYTECH DIGITAL SL, a commercial company that operates on the Internet from its website aithings .store selling its customers technological products, electronics, household appliances, multimedia systems, audio/video players, image and sound recording devices, etc. These General Conditions also regulate the rights and obligations of the parties arising from the sales transactions agreed between them.

The clauses that are listed below configure the framework contract that all users who access the aithings.store are obliged to know and accept. For the sole purpose of these general conditions, the expression "user" includes any Internet user who accesses the aithings.store, either directly or from any other Internet site.

The services offered by SKYTECH DIGITAL SL on this website will be governed by the conditions contained in this contract. SKYTECH DIGITAL SL reserves the right to modify, totally or partially, these general conditions, being applicable the new ones that it agrees from the moment of its publication on the page. In any case, the aforementioned modifications will not have retroactive effects on the goods or services previously contracted by the users.

These General Conditions bind both parties and form an integral and inseparable part of the sales contract whose effectiveness operates at the time of signing the order at the request of the client, through the contracting mechanisms that will be specified later, all in accordance with the provisions of art. 1,255 of the Civil Code that includes the principle of the autonomy of the will and agreements between the contracting parties. For all purposes, it will be understood that the user accepts the conditions and rules of use related here by clicking on the "Accept" button that appears at the bottom of this document.

To fully guarantee the rights of consumers and users of SKYTECH DIGITAL SL, these General Conditions are established in accordance with the provisions of Spanish law, and in particular in Law 7/98 of April 13 on General Conditions of Contracting, Law 7/96 of January 15, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, Civil Code, Directive 2000/31 CE of the European Parliament and of the Council of June 8, Law 34/2002 of July 11 on services of the company of information and electronic commerce, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the defense of Consumers and Users and other applicable laws and their development regulations.

Legal conditions for service provision and responsibility

AITHINGS STORE, in compliance with the provisions of art. 10 of Law 34/2002 of July 11, through its website and these General Conditions, enables permanent, easy, direct and free access by electronic means to comprehensive information on your company name (data tax, registration, address and communications address), as well as the client's data, with exclusive access to it, held by the company.

Likewise, in accordance with the aforementioned Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, it offers the client both pre-contractual information (see these General Conditions as well as additional information in the different sections of the website) and confirmation of the legally required information.

In compliance with Article 14 of Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of May 21, 2013 on online dispute resolution in consumer matters. We provide you with the electronic link to the online dispute resolution platform.

Object of the contract

AITHINGS STORE will serve its products offered on the website at an international level. The user of the AITHINGS STORE website will have the right to free access to the public information contained therein, although AITHINGS STORE reserves the right to restrict access to information, promotions and special offers to its registered customers. Any user who accesses the AITHINGS STORE website has the right to register as a customer, and can therefore take advantage of the special offers for the group of registered customers if they meet the specific conditions of the offer specified for each product.

For the validity of the contracting carried out through the Web, it is a necessary and indispensable requirement that the Client, at the beginning of the same, has the capacity to contract according to the Law in force in his country of origin.

The contract formalized between aithings.store and the Client through the Web (hereinafter, the "Contract") is for the sale of products related to the Internet of Things (IoT), sensors, cameras, holographic players and platforms data management. (hereinafter, the "Products"). The characteristics of the Products are reflected in the corresponding sections of the Web, as well as the particularities of each purchase operation that can be carried out in this environment.

The Contract between the Client and aithings.store will be perfected at the moment in which the Client confirms the order of the product, following the procedure detailed below:

The Client will place the order of the product through the Web, completing the different phases that it is offering, among which is the express acknowledgment by the Client of having read and accepted all the terms set forth in these General Conditions. The user will only be able to contract and place orders if they are of legal age. Otherwise, the responsibility for placing orders by minors will be borne by the parents or legal guardians of the minor. All personal data provided by customers fraudulently or falsely may be considered a crime of falsifying commercial documents.

AITHINGS STORE will offer the customer a personal registration system through a personalized access key (Login) and a password (Password) to facilitate the customer in future purchase operations. In such a case, the client may designate the desired key and password at his discretion, as long as these are available or are not assigned to other clients. The client undertakes to ensure the confidentiality of his own access code and password. AITHINGS STORE is exempt from any responsibility derived from the incorrect use or negligence on the part of the client in the fulfillment of its obligation of confidentiality of its access codes.

Once the contracting conditions have been accepted, aithings.store will electronically store the order. For your guarantee, if your order cannot be processed automatically due to a typographical error, we will contact you as soon as possible to collect the necessary data and continue with the correct processing of your order.

AITHINGS STORE will contact you through the email address provided in the purchase process to inform the Client of the same formalization of the order and also sending the instructions of the selected payment method if applicable. This email will only serve to inform the Client of the receipt by AITHINGS STORE of the purchase order sent.

Lastly, AITHINGS STORE will confirm the Product order by sending the Customer an email (“Order Confirmation”). The Order Confirmation will be sent once it is verified that the Client has paid the stipulated price, in accordance with the provisions of these General Conditions. No sales contract will be formalised regarding products that are not expressly mentioned in the Order Confirmation.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, in exceptional cases in which abusive orders, interactive multiple orders or those other causes that cause the end of stock of the product during the order registration process, the contract may be rendered null and void and the order will be cancelled, restoring the full amount to the Client in case the payment had been made.

Price policy

AITHINGS STORE reserves at all times and unilaterally the right to modify the price of the products and services offered through its website. To guarantee the client the certainty and security of the price of their products, this will be the one in force in the advertising that coincides with the moment of formalising the order.

All the prices of the products offered on the Web are shown in euros and with VAT excluded. The price of the products, unless expressly indicated, does not include their shipping costs, which may be borne by the Client or assumed by AITHINGS STORE. In this sense, we will inform you in the product file and during the purchase process of what the shipping costs of your order are before finalizing the process.

Possible discounts or promotional gifts will be freely directed by AITHINGS STORE to the groups designated at any time by AITHINGS STORE, or depending on the product offered, according to the advertising existing at any time on its website.

According to SGAE and the ministerial order BOE No. 148, Order PRE / 1743 / 2008 published on June 19, 2008, AITHINGS STORE integrates in the prices of all items (apparatus and equipment) subject to the canon the increase in compensatory remuneration for copying private if applicable.

Purchasing

process In the electronic purchasing process, the following steps will be followed according to the options menu on the AITHINGS STORE website:

1.- Registration:

If the Client is already registered on the Web and therefore has an account open on the same, you can access it from the "MY ACCOUNT" space, which is reserved for login at the top right of the Web.

Otherwise, you can previously register on the Web and create your own account. To do this, accessing through the "MY ACCOUNT" menu and then clicking on the "CREATE ACCOUNT" link, you must complete the corresponding registration form. Once you have completed all your data, you must read and check the "I ACCEPT THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT".
Your data will be automatically stored in a file owned by SKYTECH DIGITAL SL, in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights.
The purpose of the treatment is the Management of users of the page and the services contained therein, sending information and advertising.
You can exercise your rights of access to data, rectification and cancellation by means of a letter addressed to SKYTECH DIGITAL SL located at Avenida Gran Capitán 46, Office 1-1, 14006, Córdoba (Spain), attaching a photocopy of your DNI or substitute identification document and a telephone or email contact to verify your identity, or by sending an email to the following email address: legal@aithings.store.
Once registered, the user will have access to order tracking to know their status at all times. The purchase invoice will be sent in physical format together with the receipt of the order, although you can also request it by email: info@aithings.store. It should be noted that the user will also be able to access the invoices for their purchases, on the main page, within the "MY ACCOUNT" section.
However, the Client will also be able to make purchases through the Web without having to create their own account. To do this, you must complete the "order as a guest" form, that is, indicating not only the data related to the purchase, but also your identification and contact data. Your data will be automatically stored in a file owned by SKYTECH DIGITAL SL, in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, in the terms indicated in our privacy policy

2.- Order processing:

Good accessing your account or directly through the catalog, as the case may be, the Customer chooses their products and adds them to the shopping cart using the "ADD TO CART" button.When you have all your products the chosen, the Customer must click on the option "PROCESS ORDER".
Next, you will access the screen for entering your personal and shipping data (data that, in the case of registered Customers who access through their account, will appear directly filled in by default, and the Customer may modify them where appropriate).
"Basic delivery": If you want to receive your shipment to a different address than the billing address, you must check the "Do you want to use other data to send the order?" and fill in the information that will appear at the bottom.

3.- Select the form of delivery and payment:

Next, you must select the form of delivery with which you want your merchandise to be delivered. aithings.store offers different forms of delivery to suit the needs of its customers.
Finally, you will have to select the payment method with which you want to pay for the order. aithings.store offers several forms of payment to adjust to the needs of its Clients. These will be available and updated during the purchase process.
aithings.store offers you the possibility of paying the price of the goods purchased and/or the services contracted by debit or credit card, bank transfer and PayPal, all of these systems offering maximum security. The issuing entities are the ones that verify the payment. If they do not authorize it, the purchase process will not be able to conclude satisfactorily and your order will be cancelled. In case the payment is accepted, the price of the products, shipping, services and taxes included in the order will be charged.
1st. Credit or debit card: This form of payment is immediate, secure and verified by VISA. To make this type of payment, a security key is required that the bank will send via SMS to your mobile phone to complete the payment. Contact your bank if you do not know your security code. We accept VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTERCARD and MAESTRO cards.

*You do not need to send us proof of the bank transfer. We will manage the order after payment confirmation, so the delivery time may be delayed.

Transfers made from different entities may take up to 2 business days to reach us. We keep orders made by transfer active for 1 month, after this time if the payment has not been confirmed it will be automatically cancelled.

3rd. -PAYPAL:

Manage the payment of your order through this service securely with your PAYPAL account. The customer directly accesses the PayPal payment system, in order to enter their data as a PayPal user, or their card data as the final step of the purchase process. It is a fast, efficient and secure payment method.

4.- Completion of the Order:

Finally, after reviewing and correcting the errors detected in the order form, if any, the Customer must click on the "FINISH ORDER" option. After reviewing all the data displayed, AITHINGS STORE will proceed to manage and prepare your order. This will be the moment when you receive the order confirmation email.

Within the stipulated period, you will receive your order at the address you have indicated.
