The MS-C2983-RPC is a compact dome network camera with advanced artificial intelligence features and high infrared (IR) performance. All cameras in this series share 20m IR illumination distance, built-in microphone, 3-axis design for unrestricted movement and H.265+ compression, and this particular model includes 140dB Super WDR, Smart IRII technology and people counting, face detection and heat mapping functions powered by advanced artificial intelligence algorithms.
It provides crisp, clear images in all lighting conditions with a maximum resolution of 1920x1080 (2MP) at 60 frames per second.

People Counting:
This model is capable of counting the number of people entering and exiting 1 to 4 regions. This real-time counting is based on artificial intelligence algorithms trained to perceive the flow of people. It generates statistical reports for later analysis, helping to make swift decisions about security management and space utilization, thus increasing the operational efficiency of the business.
Face detection:
The facial detection feature identifies human faces in the surveillance scene and captures snapshots. This significantly enhances the effectiveness of surveillance and benefits sectors related to city management, such as public security and access control.
AI Video Analytics:
Equipped with advanced video analytics, this camera intelligently filters objects, focusing on detecting people and vehicles in multiple events like Region Entry, Region Exit, Loitering, Advanced Motion Detection, among others. This functionality improves monitoring accuracy and efficiency, providing relevant information and timely alerts for effective, proactive surveillance in various situations and environments.
Smart IR II Technology:
The infrared illumination distance reaches up to 20 meters thanks to the enhanced infrared LEDs, whose brightness can be adjusted. Additionally, with the anti-glare infrared panel, the infrared light transmission is significantly increased.
Improved Thermal Design:
The base of the new AI IR Mini Dome Network Camera features raised strips that expand the heat dissipation area, resulting in an upgraded design to improve heat dissipation.
3-Axis Mechanical Design:
The 3-axis mechanical design provides 180° panning, 15-90° tilting, and 360° rotation capabilities, allowing quick and effortless adjustment of the camera's viewing angle.
New Microphone:
Enhanced with a new codec, the voice captured by the microphone is clearer, representing a significant improvement compared to the previous model.
140dB Super WDR:
Milesight's sensor-based Wide Dynamic Range (WDR) technology allows the camera to record greater scene details with accurate color reproduction, even in extreme backlight and high contrast conditions. The ratio between the brightest light signal values and the darkest light signal values reaches up to 140dB. This advanced WDR feature ensures that captured images are clear and accurate, regardless of variations in lighting conditions, making the camera ideal for a wide range of applications and environments.
Easy Installation and Adjustment:
Milesight has specially designed a push button, a unique side panel on the cover, and an integrated PoE port, making installation extremely easy.
H.265+ Video Compression:
Take advantage of cutting-edge H.265+ compression, which offers significantly better compression efficiency compared to its predecessor, H.264. H.265+ technology reduces bit rates and video file sizes, resulting in substantial savings in bandwidth and storage without sacrificing image quality.
