WS301 Door/Window Opening Sensor
The door/window sensor uses LoRaWAN® wireless communication, is low-power, maintenance-free and designed for ultra-easy installation. It is two pieces that are easily installed on frames and doors giving open or closed status to any susceptible installation.
The WS301 is perfect for adding a level of security and detecting unauthorized access. In our office we use it to determine if an employee is available for consultation (has the door open) or not, but its uses are varied. It is installed anywhere there is access and can be coordinated with other sensors or actuators either using the LoRaWAN or locally with Device2Device technology.
The default information it sends to the cloud is open/closed status, a tamper parameter to detect tampering, and battery status

Features
A reliable door and window guard
Sleep easy knowing you have a reliable guardian protecting every entrance to your space. The LoRaWAN WS301 magnetic contact sensor can be attached to any door or window providing physical security monitoring to your location warning of intrusions or unauthorized entry.
Tamper Detection
Thanks to its anti-tampering buttons on the rear, the WS301 specifically recognizes disassembly attempts, differentiating them from normal door/window opening or closing alerts.
In the event of any attempt to dismantle or tamper with the sensor, the WS301 immediately triggers an alert, notifying the system administrator. This feature ensures that you are always one step ahead of any suspicious activity.
Long battery life
The LoRaWAN WS301 magnetic contact sensor has a lifetime of more than 4 years without battery change. When the battery is below a certain user-defined level, it will send an alert to the administrator.
Cable-free
Its completely wireless design allows for easy installation by simply removing the shield and placing each part of the sensor on the edge of the window or door to be monitored.
1 minute installation
The WS301 is so lightweight that it can be easily mounted with double-sided tape without compromising ruggedness or performance. This feature allows for quick and easy installation on any surface.
When you receive your sensor, you will find that it is ready to install and use immediately, without the need for complicated setups or adjustments.
For those who prefer additional fixation, the WS301 can also be installed with screws for added security and peace of mind.
